1908 Ellen Clapsaddle Patriotic Series 973 vintage GAR Grand Army Republic Postcard

Artist Signed Ellen Clapsaddle patriotic postcard published by International Art and Series Numbered 973. This card has her signature vivid colors and quality design and features an Eagle holding a banner “nor shall their story be forgot while fame her record keeps.” GAR in a floral design underneath stands for “Grand Army Republic”. The border is a stunning red white and blue ribbon. This card is embossed and in good condition with just a slight crease in top right corner. It does not bend all the way. This is one of the less common Clapsaddle Patriotic cards that I see. A nice addition to any collection.
